Covid-19 & SRHE events/activities

Update (June 2nd)

We are continuing to monitor the COVID 19 situation closely and follow the official advice issued.

Whilst face-to-face events hosted at the SRHE offices cannot currently take place, we are continuing to adapt many events for shorter online delivery via webinars, and hope these virtual events prove some means of keeping connected with our research community. All details of these online events will appear on this website.
Our community room initiative (via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays) ran through April and May, but as online meeting commitments for members grew significantly during this period, we have taken the decision to put this on hold for the time being. However, we continue welcome feedback from our members via e-mail at and via Twitter @srhe73

Looking ahead, we are planning to invite proposals for the SRHE Research Awards as normal on 1st July 2020. Full details will appear on
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for you and for universities and that we are facing many difficult decisions. We hope that you are able to manage both personally and professionally under current restrictions, and rest assured that here at SRHE we will resume our full range of events and activities as soon as we can.
