This Webinar is aimed to help support those interested in applying for the SRHE Newer Researcher Award in 2021. Three awards of £3,000 GBP will be available to those 'new' to the field of higher education research. Full details on the criteria and eligibility for these awards, plus the application form are available from https://srhe.ac.uk/research/SRHE_newer_researchers.asp

The webinar will provide a brief introduction to the awards, including guidance from a member of the Society's Research & Development Committee that oversees the development of these awards and reviews the applications received.

It will include the perspectives of two recent award winners in terms of their experience of applying, receiving and completing the awards process, plus how these awards have led to further opportunities.

There will also be some time for questions on their experiences, and indeed on any aspect of the Newer Researcher Award scheme itself.
