 rif"> is a multi-award-winning Senior Lecturer in 
 Public Health at the University of the West of Eng
 land (UWE)\, Bristol. A dedicated mentor\, coach\,
  researcher\, and advocate for inclusive education
 . She earned her PhD in 2023 as a mature student w
 hile raising four children and working full-time\,
  bringing lived experience to her equity research.
  Dr Dan-Ogosi developed the Transformative Multicu
 ltural Classroom model from 10 years of teaching i
 n UK higher education. Her research focuses on red
 ucing structural inequalities in higher education 
 and communities through transformative pedagogies.
  She co-chairs the steering board of the 100 Black
  Women Professors Now programme and co-founded the
  Black Women in Higher Education Safe Space initia
 tive (BWHEN-SSI) at UWE. Her work bridges theory a
 nd practice\, grounding pedagogical innovation in 
 critical frameworks with measurable impact on stud
 ent belonging and achievement. Known for her candi
 d\, compassionate approach\, she champions equity 
 and transformative learning for meaningful global
