Transnational Education (TNE) is a ll the rage. Established universities are seeking new environments in which to ply their business. F ast-growing countries have an immediate need for w orkforce uplift.

TNE emits a lure of easy cash and exciting quick wins. Yet without skill and much luck\, TNE also runs the risk of muddle\, loss-making\, and f raud.
