 earchers who are interested in or curious about cr
 eative and arts-based research methods. The sessio
 n offers participants the opportunity to experienc
 e poetry\, object-based reflection\, and visual st
 oryboarding as provocations for thinking about res
 earch identity\, methodological choice\, and knowl
 edge production. The workshop foregrounds experien
 tial learning\, critical reflection\, and discussi
 on of methodological affordances and challenges. A
 ctivities are carefully designed for the online en
 vironment and require no specialist resources. Par
 ticipants will first engage individually in short 
 creative activities before these experiences are u
 npacked through discussion and examples drawn from
  published research. The session explicitly addres
 ses common anxieties among doctoral and early-care
 er researchers around the legitimacy of creative a
 pproaches\, challenging hierarchical assumptions a
 bout research methods. Attendees will leave with i
 ncreased confidence\, practical insight\, and exam
