  in many universities worldwide\, it significantly
  shapes the academic experiences\, professional tr

 nd researchers from non-English-speaking backgroun
 ds. While EMI is frequently positioned as a vehicl
 e for internationalisation and global competitiven
 ess\, particularly within non-Anglophone universit
 ies\, it may also reproduce and entrench structura
 l inequalities by privileging certain linguistic r
 epertoires\, communicative norms\, and epistemic t
 raditions over others. This event invites critical
  reflection on how EMI contexts influence particip
 ation\, belonging\, and knowledge production in hi
 gher education. Particular attention will be paid 
 to the less visible dimensions of inequality and v
 ulnerability\, including linguistic insecurity\, e
 pistemic marginalisation\, unequal labour expectat
