SRHE Annual Research Conference Rates
Residential Package
This includes:
- All pre- and post-conference materials
- All conference sessions over the 3 days
- Two nights’ hotel accommodation (11th and 12th December)
- Weds 11th December: lunch, evening drinks reception, dinner
- Thu 12th December: breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Fri 13th December: breakfast and lunch

Conference Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation of any conference booking must be sent by email to srhe@srhe.ac.uk. An administration fee of £75.00 will be charged on all cancellations received prior to 25/10/2019. No refund can be made for cancellations received on or after 26/10/2019
Changes in Conference programme
In the event of cancellations of speakers or other changes in the conference programme, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
Conference Accommodation
We will endeavour to ensure that delegate accommodation is provided in the same location as conference proceedings as far as possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed, particularly for late or heavily subsidised (i.e. student rate) bookings.
Liability
All participants attend the conference at their own risk. SRHE will not be liable for the death or injury to any person attending the premises in connection with the conference. The SRHE will not under any circumstances accept responsibility or liability in respect to damage or loss of personal effects brought to the conference
