Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities

There are many opportunities available for raising your profile at our prestigious international conference. Becoming a sponsor will reinforce your organisation's position as an important partner in Higher Education.

The superb venue offers widespread visibility at the Conference. Packages include sponsoring a particular part of the conference, branding opportunities, exhibition space and advertising on the best pages in our conference programme.

Exhibitor package

Our exhibitor package includes:

• 1 unit space, 2m x 1m
• 1 table (1.8m x 0.8m)
• Tea, coffee and lunch for up to two people for the duration of the conference (11- 13th December).
  
  This package is priced £500 + VAT
  
  Optional additions:
• 2 unit space including 2 tables (+£250)
• Flyer insert in delegate pack (+£150)
• Document insert in delegate pack (2-6 pages, +£175)

Conference inserts and remote options

If you are not able to attend our conference in person, you can still take advantage of our exhibitor opportunities:

• Flyer insert in delegate pack (£300 + VAT)
• Document insert in delegate pack (2-6 pages, £350 + VAT)
• ‘Take one’ table, send us your merchandising for delegates to help themselves (£150 + VAT)

Conference programme advertisement

Promote your activities and offerings via a full or half page in the SRHE Conference programme, distributed to all delegates and other key contacts.

• Full page advertisement (£1,000 + VAT)
• Half page advertisement (£500 + VAT)
