This is the page to register for the in-person days of the 2023 SRHE International Research Conference, taking place from Wednesday 6th - Friday 8th December 2023 at Conference Aston in Birmingham, UK.

A separate booking is required to register for the online conference programme, taking place on Monday 4th December 2023 via Zoom. To register for the online day, please click here.

The standard rate for registering for the in-person conference is £495.  For SRHE members*, a discounted registration rate of £375 is available for the in-person days at the 2023 conference.  Please ensure you log in to your SRHE account before attempting to register. 

In-person conference registration includes: 

• All pre- and post-conference materials
• All conference sessions over the 3 days, including poster exhibition
• Wed 6th December: lunch, refreshments, evening drinks reception
• Thurs 7th December: lunch, refreshments, evening buffet dinner
• Fri 8th December: lunch, refreshments

Conference registration does not include accommodation - information about some options available is provided below.

Non-members of SRHE wishing to take advantage of member discounts for conference should join the Society before registering.

Please note that accommodation is not included with conference registration, but it is possible to book accommodation at the conference venue if you would like to do so. There is a wide range of alternative accommodation options available in Birmingham in close proximity to the conference venue should you prefer to stay elsewhere, including The Eaststide Rooms, Clayton Hotel Birmingham, and Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre (Exchange Square).

Car parking at Conference Aston

This must be booked online, prior to arrival. Please visit www.conferenceaston.co.uk/carparking where you can book and pay for your space online. You will then be sent an email confirming your booking, maps, directions and an entry code for the car park. Please ensure you book this, prior to setting off, as we cannot guarantee availability at the venue car park, on the day. Electric vehicle charging points are subject to availability on Aston Street, outside the Hotel with a maximum stay time of approx. 3 hours. Conference Aston is within the Clean Air Zone - charges may apply.
