Sam Illingworth is Associate Professor in the Department of Learning and Teaching Enhancement at Edinburgh Napier University.
Kirsten Jack is a Writing for Wellbeing Facilitator and trainee Creative Psychotherapist. She was formerly Professor of Nursing Education at Manchester Metropolitan University.
