SRHE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for SRHE events (including conference), for membership or by completing award applications, I consent to SRHE processing my personal data, including information provided during the registration process or collected from me or other sources during the application process. I agree to the processing of this data for purposes related to my attendance at SRHE events, including my health and safety on event premises, or for any other legitimate purposes. By completing the registration, I confirm that payment for this event will be made in full prior to my attendance and I agree to the terms and conditions above.
Please note that filming may occur during SRHE events. Any images captured in these recordings will be managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. These images, including those of you, may be used by SRHE for advertising, publications, or social media. If you no longer wish for your image to be used, you may request SRHE to cease its future use, although previously distributed materials may continue to feature your image.
SRHE CONFERENCE
Payments and Cancellation
All payments must be received prior to the conference. Cancellations must be made online directly or via email to srhe@srhe.ac.uk . No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Changes in Conference programme
In the event of cancellations of speakers or other changes in the conference programme, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
In the unlikely event that SRHE has to cancel the conference, SRHE are only liable to repay any delegate fees already paid, and not personal arrangements.
Delegates are advised to take out their own personal insurance to cover this.
Liability
All participants attend the conference at their own risk. SRHE will not be liable for the death or injury to any person attending the premises in connection with the conference. The SRHE will not under any circumstances accept responsibility or liability in respect to damage or loss of personal effects brought to the conference.
SRHE EVENTS
Registration
By completing the registration, you confirm that payment for this event will be made in full prior to your attendance and you agree to these terms and conditions. After completing registration for an SRHE event you may also receive details of forthcoming SRHE events and activities via e-mail, but you may opt of receiving these at any stage.
Confirmation
Your receipt is your e-mail confirmation of your booking on the event. Joining instructions will be sent at least 24 hours before the event. If you have not received the joining instructions, please email srhe@srhe.ac.uk.
Attendees
SRHE accepts no legal responsibility for facts stated or opinions expressed during the event. It is the responsibility of individuals to satisfy themselves as to which facts and opinions should be relied on in any way whatsoever.
The registration fees do not include the insurance of delegates against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Delegates are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover cancellation and personal effects.
Payments
Payment must be received online before the day of the event.
Payments cannot be taken from countries with financial sanctions imposed in the UK. Full list here.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made online directly or via email to srhe@srhe.ac.uk .
Refunds will only be offered for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Non-attendance without notification may incur a fee of £75.00.
All programmes are subject to change and no refunds will be given for changes.

SRHE MEMBERSHIP
- By registering your details for membership you are agreeing to be contacted with information relating to your membership or your delegate place at future SRHE events. Any third parties we use (e.g. for journal distribution, mailings, elections, conferences, IT/web issues) are solely for business directly related to SRHE.
- We will not sell your data, and we will keep your data safe and secure. Once you have paid for your membership, we offer no refunds. Any cancellations for membership will be effective from the date of expiry. Once your membership has expired, you will continue to receive details of forthcoming SRHE events and activities, but you may opt of receiving these at any stage.
