SRHE is delighted to announce the election of four new Fellows of the Society for 2026.
Fellowship of the SRHE recognises members who have made a substantial and enduring contribution to research into higher education. Each Fellow has established a reputation of distinction and demonstrated a dedication to shaping the future of higher education research.

“I am delighted to have been awarded fellowship of the SRHE. I have been involved with the society since the very start of my academic career, when I received a ‘Newer Researcher Award’ to fund my first piece of post-PhD research. Since then, I have very much enjoyed my time on SRHE Council and as co-editor of the SRHE book series, and shall look forward to continuing my involvement in my new capacity as a fellow.” Professor Rachel Brooks
“I am deeply honoured to receive an SRHE Fellowship. This recognition is particularly meaningful because SRHE’s commitment to rigorous, critical and socially responsive research closely reflects the values that have shaped my own career.
